Once your application is received, you will be assigned an instructor who will check you out on the type of aircraft you want to fly, ask some questions about what you read in the handbook, and have you fly certain maneuvers as outlined in the Sky Knights Training and Instruction Manual. Please print off the checklist below.
Once you have satisfied the instructor and shown you are able to fly in a safe manner while understanding all the rules of the club, you will be able to fly on your own. It is at this point that you will be provided the combination to the field gate.
